Drawing upon her professional clothing and textile background, as well as more than twenty-five years as a seamstress, Sarah Devaney-O’Neil founded StoriBook Designs, combining these skills with a creative and colorful eye, to offer innovative and imaginative designs for the homes of today’s busy families.



Commenting on the business tagline, For the Child at Home or the Child at Heart, Devaney-O’Neil said, “Interior decorating should be fun, yet functional. It should reflect the personal interests and tastes of the homeowner– or even the room’s individual occupant. At StoriBook, our goal is to work closely with our customers in their quest to decorate their homes so that they truly feel at home."		 Devaney-O’Neil brings 20 years of professional experience to Storibook Designs, including sales and upper management positions at both Calico Corners and The Fabric Place, two leading retailers of fine home furnishing fabrics, upholstery and custom services. This is also her second venture as an independent business person, having founded and run a wholesale clothing business, SadieTowler Designs approximately 10 years ago. Devaney-O’Neil also holds a BS in Clothing and Textiles from Framingham State College and a Masters Degree from Lesley University’s School of Management.

“Since I was a little girl I have been drawn toward fashion and fabrics. Storibook Designs is the culmination of many years of personal and professional experiences following that fascination and interest. I am thrilled to say that StoriBook is off to a strong start and I am excited and confident in what the future holds,” commented Devaney-O’Neil.

The business currently operates by appointment only as time is divided between the showroom and on-site customer consultations.
